Here is an example of tool development for the "R-SF class." In single crystal diamond tools, achieving a mirror finish on R-shaped surfaces is challenging. Therefore, by utilizing our self-developed laser processing technology, we developed PCD tools with sharp edges equivalent to the SF class. This has enabled us to achieve a mirror finish in R chamfering.
